This blog is about MHADA Samata Complex, Malvani, Malad-West and the people who reside in Malvani. It’s been long time us people hearing that the mhada road will connect from Mindspace and Lokhandwala. Even it’s good to connect Metro link vai Versova (versova metro project is under plan) and malvani Mhada. We still waiting to hear from the government about the development of mumbai with more future for upcoming internal road links and metro to connect via malvani Samata Complex. Malad is the booming place now in Mumbai because of mindspace IT sectors, this will help saving travelling time going to Marve road and then malad linking road. Only one bridge is connected by the way of passing 2 wheelers vai Evershine nagar. When people of malad travel to mindspace its takes 30mins to reach, suppose if the bridge is connect it will hardly take 10mins, and the same problem for travelling lokhandwala by new link road, its takes more than 1 hrs to reach there. If the road is connected from Samata Complex it will take maximum 20mins and Mumbai people can save time. If we talk about info structure, malad malvani never had any info structure plans. And the bandra worli sea-link took 5.6km over the sea; if malvani will get connected it won’t take much long km range.

ReplyDeleteIt is nothing it only matter of vote bank which is not allowing accessed to EVERSHINE or LOKHANWALA road accessed once these is open the properties rates go heigh as LOKHANWALA every slump will sale and goaway some cheap places Mumbra sopara etc,and present voter bank breakup.
